Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed during verification or if there is an issue with your account.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kk688 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus terms and conditions may change — the latest terms will be published on the kk688 platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a problem arises due to a technical error. kk688 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its own discretion.

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. In any dispute regarding match results, kk688's decision will be considered final.

• Defrauding other users or disrupting the normal operations of the platform
• Acting on behalf of a betting syndicate or organised group
